We're dedicated to one purpose: helping people transition from a belief system rooted in fear to a belief system rooted in love. We practice non-dual philosophy, radical forgiveness, and the integration of science, spirituality, and somatics.

Think of us as a non-dual, creative, experiential church. We're serious about the work and simultaneously we don't take ourselves too seriously. We're fun. We're free. We're deeply, sincerely spiritual.
We believe that freedom happens in the mind. Not through positive thinking, but through the undoing of the fear-based belief system that runs most people's lives. We use the body to access the mind. We use community to support the practice. And we use radical forgiveness to release what no longer serves.

We attract a lot of creative people. Artists, musicians, movement artists, DJs. High-functioning entrepreneurs exhausted by the noise who just want some peace.
People who functionally struggle with different types of addiction: substances, social media, stress. Inner-work junkies who have done the meditation, the somatic therapy, the IFS, the hypnosis, and are tired of the spiritual hype. They want something non-dogmatic, effective, and real.
We also get a lot of people who themselves are therapists or facilitators. The core desire is the same for everyone: peace and liberation, practically integrated into everyday life.
