And yet, beneath the full calendar, the impact, the leading of others, there is a woman who is tired. Not of the work, but of the way she has been doing it. Of rowing against the current. Of doing it alone.
ONE is born as an answer to the draining weight felt by highly intelligent, purpose-forward, spiritually attuned women living in a society whose foundations are upside down.
We are told that our personal life and business are separate. That abundance requires sacrifice. That peace is earned in the rare moments when we have time for it. But deep inside, we know better.
We are here to affirm that you don't have to choose between your peace, your purpose and your devotion.
One is a year-long formation for a small, hand-picked circle of women leaders from around the world (coaches, healers, artists, founders, executives, activists) who are answering a call that goes deeper than career.
We gather around one exploration:
What does that do to a business? To a community? To a movement? To the world?
In this space, purpose and Self-knowing are not separate. They point in the same direction. What we release in the process is only the unnecessary weight that was draining us to begin with.
This is not another space to "build your empire." It is not wishy-washy spirituality either.
It is where inner transformation and outer creation meet — where philosophy, therapeutic facilitation, spirituality, feminine leadership and visionary praxis become the foundation for business strategy and social innovation.
We are not exactly a business incubator, a leadership academy, a spiritual organization, a feminine mystery school or a global networking circle— but we carry the core essence of all of these.
We are something that does not yet have a name, because the women who need it have been waiting for something that didn't exist: women leading from love, fully resourced, together.

Not as a concept. As a lived practice. As the operating system beneath our action, our posture, our word, our expression.

Each session is 2 hours long. We flow between learning concepts, experiential guided practices and Q+A. We alternate between mindset reprogramming, therapeutic facilitation, business strategy, visionary praxis, feminine leadership, social innovation frameworks and group feedback.

The Journey
We move through four iterations, returning to each as the group requires:
1. Go to the root
We use radical forgiveness, somatics, hypnosis and deep mental training to dissolve the subconscious beliefs of fear, guilt and separation that have been quietly running everything. We dismantle inherited models of success and rebuild from truth.
2. Rewire from truth
We embody what it means to lead as women — not a softened version of what already exists, but something genuinely different. We rewire our approach in business, learn to be channels for collectively-attuned creation, and practice deeply listening to the voice of love as a creative compass. We memorize how it feels to be anchored in Self.
From there, we move with full trust.
3. Create something real
You bring your real-time ideas, challenges and decisions. You receive direct, grounded guidance. Each woman keeps, designs or restructures the vehicle for her vision (for-profit business, NGO, 508, movement, or something else entirely) built to resource her life and extend genuine value. You execute. You observe. You refine. You return to share what you learned, and receive more.
3. Extend, don't strive
Strategy, marketing, AI, social innovation frameworks, earth wisdom, ceremony, ritual — all tools, ancient and modern, in service of creation from love. Not empire building. Not striving. Extension
This is how business becomes devotion. This is how creativity returns to its source.
Investment
ONE operates on a model as innovative as the program itself.
We care more about the quality and diversity of this circle than about any single woman's ability to pay full tuition. Together, we make this happen. The combined cost of this program is $200,000. We can take a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 women per cohort.
The more women enrolled, the lower the individual price.
We encourage:
Individual and group fundraising - each woman may fundraise within her own network. We provide donor-facing materials that make the case for her participation as an investment in collective impact. We can receive tax-deductible donations as a 508 tax-exempt organization.
Referrals - recommend eligible women from your network to ap applications.
Pay forward - for other participants by making tax-deductible donations.
Partial scholarships — assessed on a case-by-case basis for eligible candidates.
Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
