We move through four iterations, returning to each as the group requires:

We use our triggers and approach them with psychotherapy and somatic practices to dismantle inherited models of womanhood, femininity, power, business and success.
2. Rewire from truth
We embody what it means to lead as women. We rewire our approach in business: from strain to art. We embody power and pleasure. We practice listening to our intuition as our decision-making compass . We memorize how it feels to be anchored in Self.
From there, we move with full trust.
3. Create something real
